Your role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting commitments and arrival times to address and resolve customer needs. Understand the customer's business and competitive environment; generate service revenue.

  • Actively participate as a member of the regional work team; work to improve team processes and identify training gaps. Seek out opportunities to increase capability and capacity (i.e. may be required to become qualified in multiple modalities, learns new tools).

  • Perform all administrative duties within established Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and timeframes including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCO), preventative maintenance (PM), installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork. Adhere to established training, quality, and safety requirements.

  • Utilize tools, support, resources, and escalation processes within required time frames to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively. Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and all related tasks (diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems).

  • Approximately 70% travel across the specified geography is required. The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 4+ years’ in electromechanical industries. Preferred experience in Cath Lab/Image Guided Therapy (IGT) and/or Diagnostic X-ray (DXR) imaging equipment.

  • Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

  • You have an Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience;BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMETpreferred.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You must be able to:

    • Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.

    • Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations).

    • Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; wear all required personal protective equipment.

Your Impact:

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in implementing DevOps principles where possible while engineering for scale in an enterprise environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate and negotiate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in deployment to and supporting AWS services
  • Strong knowledge of basic programming concepts and respective scripting languages. One or more of the following: Bash, Go, Ruby, Python, Powershell
  • Broad knowledge of Operating Systems internals and Virtualization platforms
  • Strong experience in automating variety of Infrastructure and administration tasks
  • Working Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Configuration Management and Infrastructure as-code principles
  • Experience with Source Code Management concepts and tools such as Git
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting large, highly available and high performance systems
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Be available for after hours on-call support and will be required to apply production packages during non-peak hours
  • Experience with leading projects that involve more than the immediate scrum team
  • A related technical degree required

Preferred skills:

  • Strong Operating Systems architecture knowledge including security and programming interfaces.
  • Experience with monitoring solutions, such as - Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
  • Ability to manage system issues, updates and upgrades for both first party and public cloud
  • Experience with public cloud development (e.g. AWS, GCP, Alibaba, and/or Azure platforms)
  • Experience with Terraform, Github, Cinc (Chef), Jenkins, Spinnaker
  • Knowledge of data platform services, such as - MSSQL, MySQL
  • Knowledge of data concepts related to relational databases and NoSQL stores
  • Strong infrastructure engineering background

Your Impact

  • Serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for orchestration of all Signature deliverables, experience, and renewal, and expansion.

  • Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with the customer’s IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers within customer organizations that have purchased Signature.

  • Help your customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Salesforce platform by:

    • Coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services as required for your customer.

    • Providing timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance based on the areas of interest for your customer.

    • Acting as an advisor to your customers for the adoption of new features of Salesforce’s annual release schedules and identifying potential challenges and risks to your customer's implementation.

  • Communicate the value of Signature Success. Be accountable for ensuring all collaborators understand this value so that customers continue to renew Signature Success.

  • Act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high severity cases to assist with the timely resolution of these issues.

  • The CSM may be required for occasional travel to customer sites and may need to be available for some after-hour or weekend coverage depending on the customer’s need.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years work experience in one or more of the following: Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.

  • Salesforce Certifications (Data Cloud Consultant).

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Skills for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and for mapping business requirements into technical features.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms to customers, then explain customer needs to internal partners.

  • Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies.

  • Experience leading efforts of cross-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs or projects.

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and features, capabilities, best use, and how to deploy.

  • Additional Salesforce product certifications are a plus (AI Associate,Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)

  • Data Architecture & Tools: modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, RedShift), data analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), data programming models (DataFrames, pandas), and AI (Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, data wrangling, machine learning)

  • Experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
