KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage a team of global engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Manage directly certification resources in Ft. Washington and indirectly all the certification resources in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Shanghai.
Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements
Organize and direct all certification activities in support of new product introduction and product lifecycle continuation.
Oversee critical project activities and effectively delegate and monitor other projects and tasks. Take ultimate responsibility for performance of the certification team.
Assure all certification tasks are launched on schedule, at required levels of quality, at cost and meeting internal and customer performance requirements.
Define Value Engineering (VE) goals for certification costs, project definition, resource needs and execution within the development organization and working in conjunction with the HPS Technology VE Program Managers.
Understand the HPS business and supply strategy for certification activities and work with Marketing and Integrated Supply Chain to support roadmaps.
Partner with engineering leaders to ensure proper certification needs are identified and integrated into HPS Technology program plans.
Work with the Functional Excellence Leader and the Global Process Leader for Hardware, to deploy global best practices for all certification activities.

YOU MUST HAVE• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in engineering management and 10+ years in engineering field
