This role is instrumental in ensuring our workplaces are efficient, sustainable, and employee-centric, while aligning with broader corporate goals including operational excellence, AI + Data strategy , global consistency, and sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:

🌍Global Strategy & Program Alignment

  • Lead the global implementation of workplace programs, policies, and IFM service models across all regions.
  • Ensure consistency in service experience, while allowing for local adaptation based on culture, regulations, regional nuance and business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders - Real Estate Strategy, Project Delivery, Business Technology, Procurement and Finance to align workplace services with the company’s broader strategic initiatives.

🤝Vendor & IFM Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for global IFM partners and other key workplace service vendors.
  • Drive vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, and QBRs, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and renewals with a focus on cost optimization, innovation, and compliance.

🏢Workplace Operations Leadership

  • Ensure facilities meet quality, safety, and operational standards across global campus.
  • Champion employee experience, ensuring workplaces are inclusive, engaging, and supportive of hybrid work models.

💰Budgeting & Financial Management

  • Develop and manage global workplace services budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through operational efficiencies and vendor leverage.

🌱Sustainability & Compliance

  • Partner with Sustainability teams to deliver on Climate Transition Plan goals—especially commute emissions, energy use, and waste reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations, tax laws (e.g., taxable fringe benefits like employer-paid parking), and internal policies.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Facilities/Workplace Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams and vendors.
  • Deep expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) , including strategy, operations, and contract/vendor oversight.
  • Experience with global program implementation , ideally across the AMERICAS,, EMEA, APAC and India regions.
  • Proven success in driving operational efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization in workplace settings.
  • Strong understanding of workplace trends, hybrid work models, employee experience, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., IFMA, CFM, LEED) a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in high-growth tech, professional services, or similarly fast-paced global environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for the delivery of integrated credit solutions to clients as well as on-going portfolio management. Key responsibilities include underwriting and negotiating new transactions, partnering with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities, and providing the product expertise to deliver effective client solutions. Job expectations include providing on-going monitoring of client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of financial statements, assignment of risk ratings, and required client reviews.

Evaluate and underwrite vendor program credit opportunities, including the identification and assessment of all strengths, weaknesses and risks (including operational) as well as identifying and describing mitigating factors. This includes underwriting both vendors and potential end-users/borrowers, including the review and written analysis of all factors that affect an entity’s ability to repay and/or service their obligations in a timely manner. The complexity of the entities and related transactions requiring analysis can vary over a wide spectrum of industries.

The LCO II uses their skill set to assess the appropriateness of existing solutions and to propose optimal financing alternatives or additional financing solutions. They are involved in managing credit quality and the approval process through their interaction with Risk Management Officers, GVF Marketing Officers, Credit Products Managers, Leasing Administration and Legal.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates new end-user credit opportunities including identification and assessment of risks and identifies mitigating factors
  • Partners with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client
  • Underwrites new transactions, analyzes credit risk, negotiates and closes deals, while adhering to internal policy, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Structures the terms of a lease/loan with respect to the various aspects that make up a lease/loan (e.g. pricing, rates, payment, term, collateral)
  • Reviews and analyzes financial statements. Assigns and confirms the accuracy of risk ratings

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years commercial credit underwriting and credit analysis experience
  • Must have effective presentation, structuring, financial statement and risk analysis skills
