Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $198,000/YR - $273,000/YR. Responsibilities of this high-visibility role will also involve a deep understanding of the faith market and their unique AV/media production needs; demonstrated ability to foster strategic relationships and influence C-level or senior ministry leadership while working in close partnership with territory account managers, faith-focused resellers and system integrators to ensure seamless national account coverage.
