Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the Operating System Support Matrix for Cisco UCS servers in collaboration with Product Management, ensuring alignment with OS vendors' roadmaps, features, and release timelines.
  • Plan, develop, and implement test cases to validate OS functionality (ESXi, Windows, Linux) across Cisco UCS platforms, performing in-depth failure analysis to pinpoint root causes in BIOS, drivers, hardware, or OS layers.
  • Configure, administer, and solve operating systems on UCS platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Strong debugging skills in at least one operating system, such as Windows, ESXi, or Linux.
  • Design and implement Python-based automation solutions to streamline testing and workflows, enhancing efficiency and product quality.
  • Leverage knowledge of storage networking protocols (e.g., SCSI, Fibre Channel) and virtualization technologies to test system integrations.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams and external partners to solve issues and deliver solutions for seamless interoperability.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of data center infrastructure (servers, switches, storage arrays) to ensure high-quality, enterprise-grade standards and full test coverage.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8 to 12 years of proven experience in system testing, data center operations, OS issue debugging, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals, infrastructure management, and issue resolution methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data center technologies, storage networking, and server hardware.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting, with experience in developing automation frameworks and tools.

  • Write tests, debug regressions, and drive to module verification closure
  • Collaborate with designers and verification engineers for cross-block verification
  • Upgrade configuration/reset sequences (APIs)
  • Develop environment and tests for emulation
  • Ensure complete verification coverage through code, functional coverage, and gate level simulations
  • Support post-silicon bring-up and optimize integration and performance
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in EE, CE, or other related fields with 6+ years or Master’s Degree
  • with 4+ years of ASIC design or verification experience
  • Experience in developing verification environment for complex blocks from design specifications document
  • Proficient in verifying complex blocks and/or clusters for ASIC using UVM/System Verilog.
  • Scripting experience with Perl, Python, TCL, shell scripts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Data center/ Hyper scaler /AI Networking technologies
  • Proven experience meeting and delivering project milestones and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences spanning executives to junior
  • engineers to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Experience with Emulation and Formal Verification tools is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in US payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven understanding of payroll systems and software Global View, Workday and Excel.
  • Advance English Level
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Sense of Urgency when issues arouse.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
  • Phenomenal business partnering skills.
  • Proven record of leading accounting/ GL items to close them out.
  • Outstanding written and interpersonal skills with executive presence

Minimum Qualifications:
