As a Software Engineer in the Software Engineer Program (SEP) at JPMorgan Chase, you will embark on a global two-year career development journey. Job Responsibilities

• Execute basic software solution, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
• Write secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with peer guidance
• Interpret architecture and design representations as well as nonfunctional requirements to develop secure, stable software against a defined architecture
• Apply automation to reduce manual toil in the Software Development Life Cycle
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize basic data sets to troubleshoot technical issues and generate insights for continuous improvements.
• Breaks down routine technical tasks to troubleshoot and solve issues
• Work and share ideas, information and innovation with our team of technologists from all over the world.
• Participate in our Force for Good program to build real-world sustainable technology solutions for social good organizations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with expected graduation between August 2025, and December 2025
• You should have graduated and be available to start full time employment in February 2026
• A well-rounded academic background
• Baseline knowledge of software, applications and technical processes within a given technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative culture.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, React, JavaScript, Java, C++, C#), databases, data structures and algorithms
• Understanding of software skills including business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.

• Exposure to agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.

As a GenAI Marketing Strategy Vice President on the Marketing Transformation team, you will be reporting to Head of Content & AI transformation, and you will be accountable to deliver on the strategic agenda for GenAI adoption in marketing, develop and oversee an integrated roadmap, and ensure alignment across business, product, and technology stakeholders. You will champion the use of AI to reimagine marketing workflows, content creation, personalization, and audience engagement, while driving operational efficiency and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, data, tech, and marketing teams to build and maintain an integrated GenAI transformation roadmap, organizing work into horizons with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Define strategic objectives for GenAI initiatives, support business case development, and partner with Finance to measure efficiency gains and ROI.
• Collaborate with LOB transformation leads and process teams to identify pain points, prioritize capabilities, and track adoption metrics for last-mile success.
• Ensure collaboration across lines of business (LOBs), product, technology, and Data & Analytics teams to drive a cohesive and unified AI strategy for marketing.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience in martech, product, or AI-driven marketing transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product, engineering, computer science, or related field
• Deep expertise in product ops, marketing ops, martech/tech, data, and AI capabilities
• Proven track record of building transformation roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
• Ability to influence, drive collaboration, and engage with senior leadership
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively

• MBA or equivalent
• Experience in a Product organization; well-versed in product ops and GenAI product development
• Experience in a Marketing organization; well-versed in marketing ops, channel execution, and AI-powered personalization

• 3+ years of professional experience involving Quality Reviews (QA/QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar analytically focused tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across multiple business areas and at various business levels.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models to drive impactful credit decisions for the card business throughout the credit card lifecycle (e.g., acquisition, account management, transaction authorization, collection).
• Leverage cutting-edge machine learning techniques, including deep learning architectures on big data platforms with key emphasis on interpretability and replicability of such techniques.
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop ambitious, innovative modeling solutions and implement them in production to drive significant business impact.
• Collaborate with various business partners in marketing, risk, technology, model governance, compliance etc. throughout the entire modeling lifecycle. (development, review, deployment and ongoing monitoring)

• Exceptional coding skills with at least one-year professional experience in coding (e.g. Python, SAS, Spark, Scala, or Tensorflow) and big data platform (e.g., Hadoop, HDFS, Teradata, snowflake, AWS cloud, Hive) .
• Solid understanding of advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting Trees, Neural Network, Clustering, KNN, Anomaly Detection etc.
• Strong ability to interpret and form a coherent story with complex data and communicate to a wide range of audience with various degree of technical acumen including senior leadership and executives.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and exceptional analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in credit card industry with strong business acumen.
• Experience in interpreting / explaining machine learning models such as XGBoost, GBM etc.
• Strong ownership and execution; proven experience in implementing models in production.
• Expertise in data wrangling and model building on a distributed Spark computation environment.
