As a Marketing Senior Associate within the Branch Infrastructure and Capabilities group, you will oversee key aspects of the credit card release readiness process for our suite of products. You will be responsible for managing various components of our readiness process to ensure a flawless integration of key strategic consumer and business acquisition and engagement offers into the retail ecosystem. You will do this by partnering with the business to understand the necessary requirements and working to build and validate those with the appropriate technology teams. You will also be responsible for identifying friction points within our current acquisition experience and partnering with the appropriate products and tech partners to develop solutions to mitigate.

As a Business Analysis Senior Associate within the Performance, Reporting, and Insights Team, you will collaborate closely with the Relationship & Governance Leads and the Operations business unit to support the delivery of business requirements related to reporting and data analysis. You will execute reporting governance activities and actively contribute to the development of reporting automation initiatives. Utilizing your expertise in big data querying and modeling, you will compile data to narrate the challenges and propose solutions. You will apply automation skills using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, UiPath, and Alteryx. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting QA/testing of new solutions and enhancements, as well as solution re-certification, ensuring the reporting inventory remains accurate and consistently meets business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gathering of reporting requirements and creation of business requirement document (BRD)
• Reporting Solution Development using Tableau, Looker
• Supporting developers on dashboard creation/modification
• Testing/QA of new reporting solutions or enhancements

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 6+ years in a business analytics or data analytics-related role supporting Contact Centre Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive data analysis
• Hands on experience in data wrangling tools (ie SQL, Alteryx) and Salesforce Report/Dashboard.
• Deep experience in JIRA/Confluence, Sharepoint Designer, UiPath, Alteryx
• Advanced excel skills (ie. Index Match, xlookup, Analysis Toolpak, VBA, etc)
• Working knowledge of various data modeling and statistical tools (ie. Python)
• Strong data visualisation skills and ability to tell a compelling data story.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex data to non-data users in a way that would be easily understood
• Excellent user of MS Office products (Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
• Ability to manage own workload and deliverables.

• Proven ability to manage a team through ambiguity typical of a large-scale business initiative and define path forward
