Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Receivable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as

Responsible for leading the end-to-end payroll process (processing, payment, and accounting) to

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relation with the payroll vendor and timely execution of standard and complex payroll tasks according to defined processes, schedules, and service levels in accordance with regional and local guidelines)
  • Review the information (hirings, terminations, vacations, car allowance, mobility, holidays worked, commissions, medical leaves, absences, etc) necessary to achieve the processing of the payroll
  • Execute personnel payment accurate and timely according with the current country legislation
  • Execute payment of social security, retirement saving plans and income taxes to accomplish the current labor law
  • Present the required documentation in case of audits or inspections (e.g Ministry of Labor and Employment, Internal audits) in order to comply with the legislation and company guidelines
  • Carrying out standard and complex audits of personnel data, programs, and processes.
  • Provide consulting and service to employees and the HR community on general and more complex payroll topics.
  • Processing of standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket self-service, e-mail, and telephone.
  • Run payroll for the revenue appropriate group of employees.
  • Support the continuous improvement of payroll processes and the use of systems.
  • Support in reconciling financial accounts with payroll results
  • Comparison of the monthly accounting documents in cooperation with the local data management team, the payroll accounting specialists in the areas of market, finance and controlling.
  • Timely reporting and preparation of declarations and ensuring appropriate communication with tax authorities, social security, and all other state institutions.
  • Monitoring incoming employee payments
  • Ensuring correct account assignment of wage types in SAP HR
  • Manage the change of systems and processes related to payroll management to ensure proper execution of regulations and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Providing input for changes to corporate policies and regulations
  • Support of projects and modifications of systems and processes to ensure the correct implementation of regulations and compliance with corporate guidelines.

  • Solid interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation; can navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety functions, audiences, management styles, or cultures.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with compassion, integrity, trust and perseverance.
  • Curious and growth mindset; keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obvious

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or commercial education
  • At least 5 years of work experience in payroll accounting or finance

Verantwortlich für die Gehaltsabrechnung inkl. der Kundenzufriedenheit für die Mitarbeiter der adidas AG.

Hauptverantwortungsbereiche:

  • Führt die monatlliche Abrechnung für über 10.000 Mitarbeiter durch
  • Stellt sicher, dass alle Anforderungen an die Gehaltsabrechnung erfüllt sind
  • Führt nach der Abrechnung Wartungsprüfungen durch, um den nächsten Verarbeitungszyklus vorzubereiten
  • Prüft die Gehaltsabrechnungen innerhalb eines bestimmten Zeitraums, um offene Probleme zu lösen
  • Analysiert und löst proaktiv Sachverhalte die manuelle Zahlungen erforderlich machen
  • Überwacht und beantwortet täglich Anfragen von HR Services und der Mitarbeiter als zweite Support-Ebene, die an die Gehaltsabrechnungs-Mailbox gesendet werden, und stellt sicher, dass alle Fragen gemäß der SLAs gelöst werden
  • Beantwortet Anfragen von Dritten (z. B. Arbeitsamt, Krankenkasse und Behörden) als zweite Support-Ebene
  • Führt Pfändungsprüfungen und -maßnahmen durch
