In this role, you will:

• Administer a book of fiduciary relationships within a team-based environment, including analyzing trust and estate documents, implementing client estate plans, and ensuring client accounts are managed in accordance with sound fiduciary principles and applicable law.
• Engage clients, advisors and internal partners to deliver a high-touch client experience within a strong risk management framework.
• Build and maintain a strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures including, but not limited to, distributions, account maintenance, account opening and closing, KYC requirements, annual account reviews, and management of overdrafts.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and control development.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on fiduciary administration, including the interpretation of governing instruments, adherence to fiduciary principles and applicable laws, and the application of prudent investing standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Fiduciary Products experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• J.D., LLM, CFP or CTFA preferred
• 2+ years of direct experience in administering estates and deceased grantor trusts as an attorney or trust officer
• Knowledge of complex estate planning strategies including tax strategies
• Ability to read, interpret and explain will and trust documents, probate laws, and tax provisions
• Experience in wealth management with high-net-worth clients of at least ten million dollars
• Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong working relationships across business channels and at all levels of management.

Job Description:

GIS Policy Regulatory Management Specialist represents Global Information Security (GIS) while working with Compliance, Risk, Legal, FLU's and Enterprise functions, consulting on all regulations with Global Information Security applicability. Expected to read published laws rules regulations and guidance’s (LRRGs), understand how they apply to GIS and map them to GIS policy. Maintain the inventory of LRRGs and mappings in the system of record and update the mappings as needed when policy language changes. Must be able to assess regulatory requirements against GIS policy, controls and assessment proof points. Drive action plans to address any regulatory gaps and ensure accurate risk and compliance reporting. Will work closely with subject matter experts including GIS Policy, Risk, Audit, Lines of Business, Legal, Compliance and external regulators as needed.Additional expectations of role:
