Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • Expand sales within existing large customer accounts while building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Develop a strategic and comprehensive business plan for each account, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the value/benefits of Informatica's solutions to customer requirements.
  • Documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data is required of this role (e.g. names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments).
  • Accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account and business plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop a plan for the accounts, including events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.

  • 3+ years enterprise filed sales experience.
  • knowledge of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and our goals.
  • Complete, "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts of main accounts.
  • Exudes leadership on account set and compels others to get on board.
  • Great at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.

  • Provide customer feedback to team members for product, systems, and process improvements.
  • At this level, incumbents will have expert-level knowledge of selling our products and services.
  • Assigned accounts will be of the most complex nature and will take a strategic salesperson who is used to working with larger organizations
  • Account Executives sell-to and work with executive-level customer decision makers, including up to CXO levels.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making customers feel appreciated, performing transactions, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings
  • Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures
  • Introduces customers to the branch team who will build relationships and assist with specialized financial needs
  • Makes customers’ lives easier by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
  • Supports the Branch Manager with all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audit standards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task with a dedication to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
  • Availability to work Branch hours including weekends and some evenings
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make connections, engage, and educate customers and refer to colleagues as appropriate
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and customers to technology

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for multi-cloud IDMC platform infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI hyperscalers AND product operations for Master Data Management, Cloud Data Integration, iPaaS, and Data Governance solutions.
  • Innovation & Engineering Leadership: Lead a team of directors, managers, and engineers responsible for Infrastructure, Databases, Networking, Security and Product deployments and operations. Foster a symbiotic collaboration across R&D and Operational teams. Remain current with new technologies and industry trends to refine the cloud roadmap and position us for long-term success.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, including incident management, change management, and continuous improvement to ensure platform stability and swift resolution of production issues.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with development, product, and customer support teams to ensure platform capabilities meet internal and external stakeholder needs and communicate operational priorities and incident response.
  • Cost Management & Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize operational costs (COGS & Non-COGS), manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient allocation of the cloud budget. Iterate to optimize cloud spend with creative capacity planning on a regular cadence.

What We'd Like to See

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in cloud with at least 7+ years in a leadership role in a product company overseeing Product Operations, Infrastructure, and SRE.

Role Essentials

  • Experience in building and scaling cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) for data platforms, and ecosystems such as Snowflake/Databricks with a focus on high availability, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency.
  • Experience building and owning Incident Management teams to deliver 24x7 reliable operations.
  • Experience with Security, networking & Compliance standards SOC2, ISO27001, and FedRAMP.
  • Must have experience as an engineering leader who has designed, delivered, and scaled cloud enterprise product/s.
  • Experience making buy versus build decisions, assessing in-house development versus integrating third-party platforms based on cost, scalability, and business needs.
  • A strong passion, for observability, performance monitoring, and system reliability, with a strong commitment to implementing robust monitoring and alerting practices.
