- Create an environment of innovation and continuous improvement through new technology and productivity developments
- Oversee and manage all inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize errors
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to meet company and industry standards
- Drive accountability regarding project milestones, key initiatives, and project success criteria for quality assurance
- Coordinating with variety of cross-functional stakeholders: design, manufacturing, service, engineering functions, materials, factory software teams etc.
What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field with evidence of exceptional ability or equivalent experience
- 6+ managing salaried and hourly team members in quality engineering, distribution, or logistic environment
- Knowledge of quality system industry standards including ISO 9001
- Excellent skills, written, verbal, presentation, and summarization
- Demonstrated ability to overcome adversity, operate with a high sense of urgency, and have a passion to drive change in a constantly changing environment
- Data driven with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving without sacrificing safety or the customer-experience
- Interest in long term career development through assignments in multiple fulfillment centers across the nation
