What You’ll Do
  • This is not a desk job, you will get dirty. Team members must be willing to design, estimate, purchase, construct, commission and maintain their work. You don't need to have all these skills to start, but you must be willing to learn them
  • Lead electrical design for the following electrical deliverables: Single line diagram, panel schedule, grounding drawing, underground conduit drawing, power plan, lighting layout, and area classification drawing
  • Responsible to prepare electrical deliverables with respect to code compliance and ensure every design maintains the highest level of quality
  • Simulate and analyze electrical engineering studies (short circuit study, load flow analysis, arc flash study)
  • Participate in field construction and commissioning activities by serving as the point of contact for technical questions and real-time issue resolution
  • Interface with external EPC firms during bid and project execution phases as needed to ensure that design and specifications meet our Engineering Standards
  • Support site operations as an electrical system owner - ensure infrastructure reliability and design/coordinate changes as needed
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years working experience in the electrical infrastructure design. Electrical construction experience is plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years work experience in heavy commercial and industrial sector (manufacturing, datacenter, hospital, campus, etc)
  • Experience with Revit
  • Strong desire to be a part of a world class team focused on achieving amazing results
  • Proficient to NEC/CEC requirement/exceptions
  • Registered as a CA Professional Engineer (PE) or willing to work to attain your PE

What to Expect

Architectural Designer Role in the Bay Area Infrastructure Organization. You will work on tasks under the guidance of Lead Architect and will be responsible for assisting the team with various day to day activities.

What You’ll Do
  • Support project teams in development of construction documentation
  • Utilizes BIM/Revit in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components
  • Interprets and applies building codes and requirements of other regulatory agencies
  • Develops and leads preparation of documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, details, models, and renderings
  • Coordinates building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent
  • Involved in project coordination and meetings with team members
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • 1-3 years of experience in project execution, preferably in Tenant Improvement projects
  • Understanding of CA building codes + ADA
  • Ability to learn, adapt and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Design and develop engaging, innovative, and effective instructor-led and eLearning training curricula and courses that, are completed in accordance with project plans, are standardized and compliant with our operating procedures and safety guidelines, are instructionally-sound, applying research based adult learning theories, are grammatically correct, are consistent with approved style guides, meet customer expectations and communicate complex learning concepts clearly and effectively
  • Capture requirements, build training designs, develop content, deploy content, and evaluate results
  • Partner with Learning Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to plan and scope requirements for curricula
  • Champion the ADDIE process, work effectively in a cross functional environment, and align with standard operating procedures across training team
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of instructional design experience, automotive or collision industry preferred
  • A minimum of two years as an instructional designer producing online and instructor lead training materials
  • High proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced experience in PowerPoint and SharePoint required
  • Experience with learning and content management systems and platforms including Articulate Storyline and Rise preferred
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory and application
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with ability to successfully deliver and communicate complex technical training concepts
  • Proven time management, organizational skills, project planning, assessment, and providing feedback. 25% travel domestically and international based on business needs
