  • Managing programs, including delivering results within tight timelines by breaking problem into sub tasks, assigning DRI for each sub-task, and following up to close open items within a clear timeline
  • Initiating, negotiating, and executing vendor contracts such as MDSAs, ARPAs, SOWs, and Environmental agreements
  • Designing, reviewing, and executing sourcing strategy for the assigned commodity, including vendor selection, technical roadmap review, NPI qualification strategy, negotiation leverage identification, and allocation strategy
  • Conducting Demand / Supply forecasting to build business cases around vendor capacity planning, CapEx justification, and Last Time Buy estimation
  • Developing RFP/RFQ Strategy for securing maximum cost savings for Apple that incorporates complete portfolio within and outside Board Electrical space
