- Designing, reviewing, and executing sourcing strategy for the assigned commodity, including vendor selection, technical roadmap review, NPI qualification strategy, negotiation leverage identification, and allocation strategy
- Conducting Demand / Supply forecasting to build business cases around vendor capacity planning, CapEx justification, and Last Time Buy estimation
- Developing RFP/RFQ Strategy for securing maximum cost savings for Apple that incorporates complete portfolio within and outside Board Electrical space
- Conducting Inventory Management for striking the right balance between buffer stock to absorb demand fluctuations while minimizing risk of lifetime excess inventory
