Job Description:
Job Duties: Lead the modeling and mapping of the Enterprise Data Model (EDM) for various adjacencies and handle end-to-end coding, script validation, bug fixes, and unit testing. Develop and document solutions of medium to high complexity to meet end-user requirements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data platforms and address data quality and integrity issues through validation, profiling, and cleansing. Coordinate with internal teams and customers for solution launches and ensure proper training and communication while measuring and documenting the results of implemented solutions. Query across multiple databases (AWS, MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake) and script using Shell and Python. Analyze the current state of implementations to ensure that changes are well understood by clients and project teams. Perform data reconciliation against source systems using various platforms including Google Cloud, BigQuery, Redshift and MS SQL Server. Facilitate technical discussions for product development and demonstrate proficiency with analytics tools and coding necessary for prototype and requirements documentation. Conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage incidents and tickets through Jira. Manage project delivery, support user requests, and lead significant initiatives such as the Venmo Snowflake to BigQuery migration for Data Warehouse and Data Lake consolidation. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues efficiently. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in the field of business systems analytics or program analytics or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of business systems analytics or program analytics.

Job Duties: Develop a product roadmap for 3-5 Product Portfolios and work with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Accounting Policy Group, Program managers, product, development/FADS, analytics, and UX) to execute the roadmap. Design and direct mitigation strategies impacting product launch timelines. Utilize experience with product management, product road map creation, requirement gathering, defining product vision, execution of road map, execution of product strategy, and carrying out product launches. Establish an effective communication plan between team leads to maintain alignment with the project roadmap and timeline of deliverables. Assign individual and team daily work schedules, reviewing and modifying as needed to ensure compliance with technology budget and personnel requirements. Guide a highly collaborative, cross-functional team to ensure the accurate and efficient collection and analysis of accounting and product requirements. Serve as a liaison between GCP, External banks, Treasury, ARP, Accounting, Disputes, Accounting policy, Risk, Operational reporting, regulatory reporting, AFI BA, Recon, ECC, and Corrections team to gather requirements and assess impact. Manage discussions within BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) that document Product Descriptions, Reconciliation approaches, bank accounts, and GL (if needed). Communicate BRD results with all the impacted teams and ensure that teams are equipped with all inputs to design the right products. Direct data testing sequences when planning a product BRD to align with upstream partner teams. Execute user acceptance tests on accounting-based software. Apply accounting experience with T-accounts, cash settlement, and SAP FPSL (Financial Product Sub-ledger)/SAP ECC/SAP MMT Fiori. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience with JIRA to understand the software development life cycle of a product and to define requirement for BRD.
2. 3 years of experience writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction, analysis and derive results based on that analysis.
3. 3 years of experience in business analysis, competitor analysis, and requirement encapsulation.
4. 2 Years of experience working in Payments processing for software product build.
5. 2 Years of experience working in Agile Methodology to design and build Software products in iterative approach.
6. 2 years of experience with process designing tools like Figma or MS Visio to capture the process flow and business cases for software product build.
7. 2 years of experience in creating the page template on confluence so that documents can have a combination of free text field, table structure, and be able to capture multiple options.
8. 2 years of experience working with cross functional teams to conduct user acceptance test and facilitate sign off.

Job Description:
The Wealth Management Client Associate – Advisor Development Program (WMCA - ADP) role is an entry role into our Advisor Development Program where the destination role is becoming a full-scale Financial Advisor at Merrill. This progression role is responsible for providing client service support to Financial Advisors (FAs).
As an WMCA - ADP your journey begins by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you will receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Your SIE, Series 7 & 66 must be obtained within 120 days; (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66, if previously held). Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be a WMCA - ADP. This job is responsible for providing client service support to multiple FAs. Key responsibilities include supporting enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy within the FA’s business, while customizing solutions based on their specific needs. Job expectations include serving as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill to address all service needs of their clients and acting as a resource for FAs on the team.
Once you have reached your key milestones, including proficiency in your current role and the completion of experiential activities showcasing your ability to become an advisor, you will then progress into the role of Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). You will complete dedicated training preparing you for the role of an MFSA. Once you complete training you will continue to work in a Merrill office where you will be acquiring, building, and managing client relationships while considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions.
Once you complete your performance requirements as an MFSA, you will then progress further within the ADP program, with the ultimate destination of becoming a Merrill Financial Advisor. You will be supported along the way with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.
