  • Strong experience in working with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French is required – English is a strong asset, any additional language is considered as a plus.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and project management skills by efficiently planning and coordinating audit engagements, optimizing resource use, and meeting strict deadlines without compromising work quality.
  • Experience in managing junior and intermediate auditors, managing field work of international companies, group audits and private client sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to: communicate well; establish strong working relationships; maintain a positive outlook; work under pressure
  • Strong understanding of IT impacts on financial reporting and an interest in digital audit techniques and IT integration
