Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple market access projects across diverse therapy areas (significant oncology experience will be preferable)
  • Drive secondary research to build foundational knowledge for primary market research and strategic analysis.
  • Review and refine materials for primary market research including screeners, discussion guides, stimulus, discussion guide, pre-read material.
  • Lead qualitative interviews with HCPs, KOLs, and ex-payers to extract actionable insights.
  • Lead the analysis of the outputs from the interviews to tease out key insights, identify trends, and generate solutions to answer the research problem.
  • Prepare and lead client calls, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and present high-impact client deliverables including strategic decks, and executive summaries.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and quality delivery.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Leverage findings to develop an impactful client presentation deck and final reports to answer key client questions and develop strategic outputs.
  • Participate and co-moderate in and moderate workshops (virtual and in-person), such as ad-boards, evidence generation workshops, and other such workshops.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong business analysis skills with experience in life sciences strategy, commercial strategy consulting, and market access.
  • Deep understanding of market access in Europe and the UK including HTA rules, IRP, the impact of EU-HTA regulations and other such topics that has an impact on the access and pricing of existing and upcoming therapies
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present data and insights to senior stakeholders and clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in market access-related projects such as payer strategy, pricing research, evidence generation planning, mock negotiation workshops, advisory boards, and value story development
  • Drive proposal development and provide directions to team members on the methodology to be proposed, background section and other key information to be included
  • Drive development of thought leadership articles, ISPOR publications on key topics in the market access space

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in life sciences-related fields such as pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, biotechnology from top-tier institutes
  • An MBA (in Pharma/healthcare/general) is preferred but not mandatory.

Other requirements:

  • Relevant analytical experience in life sciences commercial strategy consulting.
  • Experience working across a broad range of projects in therapy areas like oncology, immunology and rare diseases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactiveness and passion for tackling new challenges.
  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results in demanding situations.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Management degree or equivalent certification in Sports Management or a related field.

- 10-20 years of experience in the sports sector, in Indian or International sports consulting firms.

Understanding of sports intellectual property management, event operations, and youth development.

- Experience in sports academy or high-performance centre management is highly advantageous.

- Familiarity with sports franchise operations, including revenue streams and fan engagement.

- Background in consulting is preferred, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
