Als Manager Business Tax Advisory speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van onze klanten. De fiscale ontwikkelingen in Nederland en daarbuiten volgen zich snel op. Het BTA-team in Arnhem wordt geleid door: Niels van den Broek. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 40 collega’s met een brede fiscale achtergrond en klantportfolio: familiebedrijven (vastgoed en agri & food), multinationals en maatschappelijke bedrijven. Wij houden van een uitdaging: complexe inhoudelijke vraagstukken ontrafelen en tegelijkertijd het vinden van de juiste procesinrichting of technologische oplossing voor de klant. Naast je eigen ontwikkeling als manager, help je senior consultant en jongere collega’s in het team te groeien in hun rol. In de eerste drie jaar van hun carrière, ontwikkelen consultants in de BTA- praktijk zich breed, waarna zij zich meer gaan specialiseren. In jouw rol als manager bouw je een eigen portefuille op waarbij je het eerste aanspreekpunt wordt voor je klant.
