In this role, you’ll bridge brand design, digital experience, and innovation, crafting compelling, high-quality visuals and intuitive user experiences that reflect our brand across multiple channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to develop brand assets, campaigns, and digital experiences that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand strategic vision. As a Cognyter, you will:
- Define the technical vision and strategy for leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced ML techniques to enhance our product.
- Oversee the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from experimentation and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Contribute hands-on when needed, designing experiments, writing reusable code, evaluating models, and interpreting results.
- Take an active leadership role in agile processes, design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An M.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML solutions.
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing and growing high-performing data science or ML teams.
- Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Deep experience with ML pipelines, including training, tuning, deployment, monitoring, and model versioning.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and frameworks: LangChain, RAG, vector databases, transformers, vLLM.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and align stakeholders.
