The Planning Analyst will be the liaison between engineers and project managers to develop solutions for complex planning and operational problems. You will be responsible for understanding and analysing the needs of the projects and helping them create feasible plans and objectives. You will develop action plans to meet the goals, identify risk areas, and suggest optimisations. You will be expected to not only brainstorm solutions, but also actively develop and implement solutions. You will consult and collaborate with stakeholders from both the technical and non-technical fields. You will work with stakeholders to analyse the requirements and develop solutions. Additionally, you will help in setting KPIs to standardise, monitor and assessing the performance of our projects. If you have an understanding of the principles of software development and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, then this is the perfect job for you. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for technology and a good knowledge of operating systems. To succeed in this role, you must have great communication and collaboration skills.
