As a Global Account Manager in Israel, you will be a pivotal role for the Expoint tech industry. You are responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening partnerships with international companies. Through these partnerships, you will be able to foster relationships between these companies and their client base to meet their needs and desires.
You will be a primary point of contact for both internal and external partners in regards to marketing, products, legal, and customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be highly organized and have excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
In order to ensure success, you must develop strategies and tactics to increase our share of the international customer base. Moreover, you will also be responsible for monitoring progress, setting goals and policies, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You must be able to travel internationally and have a firm understanding of the international marketplace. You will be dealing with clients and partners from different cultures and countries and you must be able to adapt to different legal requirements and traditions.
