As a Frontend Tech Lead at Expoint, you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership to the development teams and ensuring the integrity of projects from conception to completion. You’ll be in charge of evaluating data and making strategic decisions, managing and troubleshooting multi-browser issues and enforcing company standards. Your Chief responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders and creating value through the implementation of best practices and frontend architecture; developing high-quality frontend components; creating architectures and breaking down complex subject matters into simple components; maintaining a consistent playback and coding best practices throughout projects; developing guidelines on standards and procedures related to frontend development; working with third-party vendors to develop frontend services; and participating in the construction of team strategy. Successful candidates are experienced front-end developers who possess a deep understanding of their area of expertise, experience leading technical teams and a sharp eye for details. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of agile methodology, with a hands-on approach and a drive for continuous learning.
