We’re seeking a Director of Product Marketing – Editor

As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll lead a team of and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Sales to drive adoption, conversion, and retention. You’ll act as the bridge between , ensuring the Editor is not only loved by users but also wins in the market.

• Positioning & Messaging : Define and continuously refine the value proposition and messaging for the Editor across freelancers, agencies, and enterprises.
• Go-to-Market Strategy : Lead integrated GTM plans for major launches, campaigns, and monetization initiatives, partnering with Product, Growth, and Sales.
• Customer & Market Insight : Drive market research, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation to shape both roadmap priorities and positioning.
• Storytelling & Content : Develop narratives, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing assets that bring the Editor’s vision to life across all channels.
• Conversion & Monetization : Collaborate with Product and Growth on strategies to increase free→Pro conversion, ARPU, and retention through compelling GTM execution.
• Agency & Enterprise Focus : Build tailored positioning and campaigns that expand Elementor’s footprint into agencies and enterprises.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as the marketing counterpart to Product Directors, ensuring market alignment across discovery, development, and delivery.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of storytelling, clarity, and impact.

• Experience : 5+ years in product marketing, including 3+ years managing teams in SaaS, B2B, or growth-driven environments.
• Strategic GTM Expertise : Proven track record building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex digital products.
• Storytelling Ability : Exceptional skill at crafting compelling narratives and positioning that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Monetization Focus : Strong background in SaaS monetization, packaging, or pricing strategy preferred.
• Customer Orientation : Deep empathy for users; ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable messaging and GTM strategies.
• Collaboration : Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Leadership : Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing PMM teams
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to represent Elementor externally as a thought leader.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product designers working on the core Editor experience
• Set design direction and uphold high standards of design quality, usability, and user impact
• Provide strategic input on product and design decisions, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders
• Guide designers through all stages of the design process, from discovery to final implementation
• Promote team growth through clear feedback, career development, and hiring
• Foster a collaborative, creative, and inclusive design culture
• Align with product managers, engineers, marketers, and content designers to deliver cohesive, human-centered experiences
• Contribute to shaping and evolving design team practices, tools, and rituals

• 7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years managing or leading other designers
• Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing design teams
• Deep experience delivering end-to-end product workflows across complex user scenarios
• Excellent communication, feedback, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with attention to detail and craft
• A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done
• High level of written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience designing web editors or creative tools
• Familiarity with design systems and building reusable components in Figma
• Knowledge of Elementor and/or WordPress
• Background in Visual Communication or Interactive Design

As a Senior Product Designer for Elementor Editor, you will join the Editor product group, helping them to drive their vision and build new and exciting experiences.

You will work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, content designers, product marketing, marketing and support operations, to deliver exceptional product flows, features, visual concepts and more.

• Craft visiontypes - conceptual design explorations that set the direction for the Editor’s future and inspire innovation.
• Map possible scenarios and design end-to-end user journeys, ensuring coherence across touch points and optimizing for both new and advanced users.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into design workflows to simplify complexity and enhance creativity for users.
• Collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to define, design, and deliver a best-in-class user experience that will achieve our business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing.
• Take ownership of the full design cycle, from collecting inspiration through conducting user research to creating pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios from development to delivery
• Ensure consistency by learning and applying Elementor’s design system
• Promote winning ideas and decisions as a valuable member of our design team

• 4+ years of design experience at a product-focused tech company.
• Skilled at delivering end-to-end product workflows that cover multiple user scenarios and edge cases.
• Experience crafting vision concepts that communicate future directions and inspire cross-functional alignment.
• Innovative problem solver with a passion for transforming complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools or workflows, and the ability to integrate emerging technologies into product experiences.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition with a keen sense of pixel-perfect design solutions.
• A highly independent team player who doesn't require hand-holding.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires quick decision-making within a tight schedule.
• A high level of spoken and written English.
