As the Data Analytics Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering strategically aligned analytics initiatives, including but not limited to: data architecture, data requests, data modeling, design and development, data quality assurance, data governance, data infrastructure and security. In this role, you will provide the strategic vision and technical leadership needed to design and develop quality and efficient data solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of data experts, set data standards and processes to ensure data accuracy and well as guide cross-functional teams to leverage insights and provide strategic guidance. As the Team Lead, you will own the team performance, deliverables and deadlines, while driving innovation and provide guidance to junior members of the team. You must have a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, modern tools and software and best practices, as well as strong understanding of data structures, databases and SQL. You should have experience leading large-scale data engineering and architecture projects, while having the ability to effectively communicate to clients and the product team. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background, a combination of data processing knowledge, large-scale data analysis and statistics. An ideal candidate for this role should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask.
