As the Senior Director in Israel, you will hold a key leadership role in Expoint’s Tech Division. Your responsibilities will be to drive the growth and success of our company’s presence in the vibrant and innovative Israeli tech market. The Senior Director position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a great opportunity for you to provide direction and vision to the tech division. To succeed in this position, you need to have a strong knowledge of web technologies, experience in programming and development, and have the ability to work as part of a dynamic and motivated team. You should have a strong technical aptitude and experience in leading successful software and development teams. Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required for this position. As the Senior Director, you will drive the tech division’s strategy and execution. You will collaborate with the CEO and CFO to develop strategies and plans, build relationships with local clients, and serve as a strategic advisor. You will also plan and execute marketing activities and measure the performance of our software projects in Israel. You should have the ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams from different departments and coordinate with remote teams abroad. This role also requires that you have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
