The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role in Israel is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for those looking to build a career in the tech industry. ISRs will play a key role in the growth and development of Expoint, a tech-focused job searching platform.
ISRs will act as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating a strong level of professional customer service. This includes identifying customer needs, developing and providing customer-specific product solutions, and meeting customer-set deadlines. In addition, ISRs will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
ISRs must be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively and work independently as needed. Knowledge of the tech industry, product sales, and communication technologies is essential to success in this role. An ability to converse fluent English is also desirable.
ISRs will report directly to the Customer Success Team Manager and collaborate with the company’s other teams to stay informed on product information, promotions, and customer inquiries. They will also be tasked with understanding and using various sales techniques to close customer deals.
