At Expoint, we are looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing in Israel who will lead our marketing strategy and initiatives. The Director of Growth Marketing must be a highly organized, visionary, and experienced individual with a demonstrated record of success leading teams in the start-up, tech, and/or software industries. We are looking for a creative and resourceful leader whose main focus is to create and develop both organic and paid acquisition strategies. The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing digitally driven performance campaigns across all channels to significantly increase acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing our budget and cost-per-acquisition goals, developing testing plans, and tracking progress through active reporting, both internally and externally. The Director of Growth Marketing will have a proven ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, define goals, develop short and long-term strategies, and craft high-quality materials for presentations and marketing campaigns. In addition, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising.
