The senior customer success manager – French speaker role offers an exciting opportunity for tech professionals in Israel. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the tech industry and have the ability to develop effective solutions, strategies and results-driven approaches to customer success. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in customer success. Comfort speaking, writing and reading in French is mandatory.
The right candidate will be a self starter, highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and as a team. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment, be comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time and possess a problem-solving attitude.
