To excel in this position, you must have strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and GCP. You should also have experience with Linux systems, automation frameworks, and scripting languages, such as Ruby and Python. Working knowledge of development/deployment frameworks and microservices architecture is highly beneficial. You should have exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a drive for continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
