Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis:
    • Extract and analyze sales and customer data to uncover performance insights, growth opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
    • Define and monitor critical metrics—including pipeline velocity, win/loss rates, and quota attainment—and collaborate with sales leadership to establish benchmarks.
    • Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide revenue teams with actionable insights and real-time progress tracking.
    • Ensure sales pipeline health by monitoring progress, managing data accuracy, and identifying blockers.
    • Conduct forecast and pipeline meetings with sales leaders, driving discussions around opportunities, trends, and deviations from the plan.
  • Annual Planning:
    • Build data-driven market segmentation strategies to identify key customer groups and prioritize business opportunities.
    • Optimize territory assignments based on geographic regions, industries, and account types to ensure efficient market coverage.
    • Develop equitable sales quotas informed by historical performance, market potential, and strategic business objectives.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Evaluate and refine existing sales workflows and processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Act as the champion for Salesforce CRM adoption and other operational tools, ensuring alignment, training, and sustainable usage.
    • Maintain and improve CRM data quality, ensuring it serves as a trustworthy source of truth for strategic decisions.
    • Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to sales teams for tools adoption and feature enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with cross-departmental teams (Product, Marketing, Finance and Compensation) to integrate insights within broader organizational priorities.
    • Act as the liaison between sales teams and other departments, fostering alignment and seamless communication.
    • Assist in quote generation and contract management to support the sales team's operational needs.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI). Familiarity with Salesforce is highly advantageous.
  • Experience : Proven exposure to or experience working within commercial teams, such as sales or account management; background in revenue operations, sales operations, or analytics preferred.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities—you thrive on finding clarity amidst complexity.
  • Storytelling : Adept at turning complex data into clear, actionable narratives. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas succinctly and effectively.

  • 4 years of experience in Trust and Safety Operations, data analytics, policy, cybersecurity, product policy, privacy and security, legal, compliance, risk management, intel, content moderation, AI testing or other relevant environment.
