  • Managing the performance and productivity of Refresh Teams.
  • Ensure teams is in adherence to all jurisdictional regulatory requirements related to KYC.
  • Ensure cases requiring remediation are completed within service level agreements.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and leaders to identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation.
  • Support business with KYC related queries and requests.
  • Participate in remediation items aligned to internal/external Audits.
  • Lead & develop managers of teams in all aspects of the AML Refresh process, including career development.

  • Be a key team player in supporting other project deliverables e.g. training, non-functional testing, data mapping.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of strong experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation and writing epics and user stories with a focus on payment and cards systems.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management
  • Have knowledge and proven experience of working with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) including Waterfall & Agile
  • Excellent understanding of European payments schemes e.g. SEPA.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
  • Have a strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in IT or relevant field.
