You will provide customer service and technical support to clients in Ireland and abroad utilizing ExPoint's products and services. You will monitor the performance and status of various clients, handle escalations, and provide timely solutions for any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will be both analytical and highly organized. You will possess excellent communication skills in order to be able to effectively manage client relationships. You will be a subject matter expert, able to clearly explain complex concepts in simple language – and deliver solutions that can be easily understood.
