- You will be hired for the EHS Manager Position for Ranjangaon Manufacturing Plant to lead the Site EHS Function, you will be deploying 3M global EHS program across all of its premises to ensure full EHS compliance and continual improvement in all area.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
EHS Manager with a minimum of 16+ years of industry experience, preferably in MNC. Should have 10 years of Supervisory Experience Should be proficient in English, Marathi and Hindi Language Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or mechanical or electrical engineering Certification in Industrial Safety or Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) approved in Maharastra Overall understanding and working with regulators such as MPCB, DISH office, peso office, Local administrations Should have worked as EHS leader in a Multinational Company preferably an US / European MNC.
