• The Director – Engineering will lead end-to-end engineering design, development, and delivery across EY India’s Client Technology portfolio. This leader will drive the execution of large-scale, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms and shared assets that power the firm’s digital transformation agenda. Key Responsibilities: Own the full engineering delivery lifecycle for one or more strategic platforms or products, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. Build and lead multiple high-performing engineering teams (developers, DevOps, QA, and data engineers) with a focus on excellence, accountability, and speed. Demonstrated expertise in engineering management, process automation, and agile product delivery. You will be involved in projects and initiatives related to the full spectrum of people management, including organizational design, performance management, talent management, culture and change, people analytics, people development and rewards, capability design, development and assessment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
