This is a regional role covering EMEA.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage team of regional Inception Program Managers, and Inception Partners Managers in Europe.
Identify startups as Inception Program candidates, ISVs and key VCs for us to work with and evangelize both software and hardware technologies to the technical leaders
Able to establish the value proposition of NVIDIA technologies to technical heads/leaders
Support Inception Program communities and attend ecosystem events to recruit Inception members
Build out startup engagement to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs
Support emerging use cases development to help cultivate new industries (e.g. Robotics, Physical AI, Agents)
Drive adoption of SDKs, monitors status, finger on the pulse and assist the Inception/ISV with Go To Market (GTM) programs to be successful
Link mature Inception startups to VCs and vis-a-versa based on needs and distribute the vertical-ready mature Startups to the respective IGM/IBD teams
What we need to see:
Minimum of 6+ years of management experience and 12+ overall years of proven working experience in related fields such as startups, partner/eco-system or VCs management with strong related technical background
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent commercial experience in AI/ML
Passion for ecosystem development and thrive in dynamic environment with technical members
Excellent communication skills are a crucial requirement. Candidates must work comfortably with startups, partners and various internal & external teams
GenAI, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence experience is a must.
Ability to build and lead Inception’s Europe strategy.

Experience of a leading Technical Business Dev or AI teams in Europe’s ecosystem
Has good local developer, researcher, engineer landscape understanding

As a Global NPI and Business Development Manager (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading global customer insights and market research for critical new product development. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and industry developments
Participating in NPI idea scouting efforts and collaborating with the Global Portfolio Managers to prioritize NPI ideas that align with the Portfolio strategy
Defining and validating customer requirements, value proposition and marketing claims. Translating customer and market needs into product requirements to deliver products that address specific customer problems.
Advising the Global Portfolio Managers on the new product pricing strategy using pricing analysis tools such as price/value mapping, and others.
