Jobzusammenfassung
Im Rahmen dieser Rolle wird der Stelleninhaber die Abwicklung der gesamten Entgeltabrechnung und die damit verbundenen vor- und nachgelagerten Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der jeweils gültigen Tarifverträge und Betriebsvereinbarungen durchführen.
Wesentliche Pflichten und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Verantwortung und Betreuung der Entgeltabrechnung eines definierten Personenkreises
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Behörden und Institutionen bei Fragestellungen zu der Entgeltabrechnung
- Stammdatenpflege, sowie Pflege und Prüfung der Zeitwirtschaft im Abrechnungsprogramm
- Laufende Aktualisierung und Pflege der Abrechnungen in Bezug auf die sich ändernde Gesetzgebung
- Erstellung von Meldungen und Bescheinigungen entgelt- und versicherungsrelevanter Daten für Mitarbeiter und externe Institutionen
- Aufbereitung und Abstimmung monatlicher Daten mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Ansprechpartner bei Prüfungen durch die Finanzbehörde, Sozialversicherungsträger, Wirtschaftsprüfer und bei internen Audits
- Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Implementierung von neuen digitalen Prozessen und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
- Erstellung aller personalrelevanten Statistiken und Rückstellungen
Ausbildung
Bevorzugt erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugweise in BWL oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einer entsprechenden Fachspezialisierung
Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechn ung, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Abrechnungsdienstleistern
Bevorzugte Kenntnisse,Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten
- Sehr gut ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung und Arbeitsrecht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office und Kenntnisse in SAP (HR)

- Responsible for the payroll processing
- Ensure all new starters, leavers and promotions are processed accurately and timely
- Responsible for timely and professional resolution of any employee payroll related queries.

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employeesin Germany, and other EMEA payrolls,using our external providers, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments.
- Deliver monthly and annual tax filings, social security contributions, and statutory filings.
