Lead Marketing Planning for Automotive BIW/Chassis and Propulsion/Emissions segments and partner with TEBG Platforms, Global Commercial Marketing, and TEBG Marketing Center for execution and measuring impact
Partner with Vertical ADE and Platform Portfolio and R&D teams to progress technology hopper ideas to Build Business Case with focus on BIW/Chassis Structural Adhesives
Develop Lead Generation priorities and content for BIW/Chassis and Propulsion/Emissions and execute campaign programs
Partner with Platform Portfolio and Marketing Center to execute NPI commercial launch plans
Consults with Account Based Marketers, Marquee and Key Account leaders, Vertical and Platform R&D for customer workshop design and execution
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Fundamental experience in New Product Commercialization, Marketing, Strategy, Sales and/or technical roles in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in Business or Technical discipline
Experience in solving complex customer design challenges in a technical, sales, or marketing role in the Automotive market environment
Prior experience in sales, business leadership, or technical role in the Automotive market
Experience successfully commercializing new product platforms in the Automotive market
Business leadership, technical, or sales experience with Structural Adhesives products

It is responsible for managing all facets of the relationship with large key accounts (of significant strategic importance to the organization) while ensuring revenue goals are being met. Maintains contact at relevant levels in the accounts focusing on strategic nature of the relationship. Must be able to build and maintain relationships effectively and communicate at all levels. Develops opportunities across the F5 solution portfolio while effectively selling solutions and services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence and build trusting relationships. Able to partner effectively, and tactically, with Systems Integrators, large Service Providers and regional VARs based on need or required value. This is an individual contributor role and is a quota carrying role.

Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Purpose of the role:
Create, drive andexecute the Omni-Channel Activation Plan locally and coordinate its consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints in line with Country guidance.
Own and develop the brand activation strategy by creating a cohesive vision for all Omni channel (Wholesale, Retail and eCom) marketing initiatives.

- Develop in-store campaign and promotion that drive consumer traffic & buying.
- Creating ad hoc development and career paths, capable of ensuring an adequate balance between talent turnover and retention.
- The adequate rotation of resources, with the aim of creating rounded and not over-specialised roles and skills, in a logic of possible future rotations and growth.

Together with our social agency you will plan and implement social media strategy, campaigns and production for and across all channels in line with our overall brand strategy. The role will be part of the Brand Marketing & Social Team, working closely with cross-functional teams such as PR and Vertical Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the eBay Germany team in delivering the Parts & Accessories (Motors) brand strategy and marketing plans.
Provide to the development and rollout of creative campaigns across multiple channels, with brand & social-first thinking at the core.
Develop social media and brand strategies for our automotive segment with the aim of increasing brand awareness, consideration and customer engagement.
Take ownership of mid-funnel marketing activities and develop and be responsible for the implementation of the assets.
Lead creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class measurable brand & media executions with clear KPIs to meet varying objectives, including influencer activations.
Lead strategy and execution of our YouTube automotive channel using social analytics and internal data to constantly improve strategic approach and deliverables.
Report on activities, including insights that help shape our brand & social campaign platforms such as campaign brand awareness, considerations & perception measurements.
Handle creative & media agencies and develop and maintain direct relationships with agencies to ensure a consistent brand presence for our automotive segment.
Foster and uphold direct cooperation with internal collaborators to accomplish collective goals, including regular communication and updates on the defined objectives.
What you will bring:
Minimum of 3 - 4 years proven experience in brand marketing, social media & influencer for brands and/or agencies with profound expertise in developing strategies and brand & social media campaigns as well as bringing them to life.
Broad expertise and passion for the automotive landscape and community
Experience supporting integrated 360° marketing campaigns, with shown success in building social media content.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for creativity and high-quality execution.
Strong organizational and project management skills - you thrive when running multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient in brand marketing and social media across platforms, including being aware of the latest trends and how to demonstrate them for branded content
Deep knowledge of Paid Social Media indicators
Great teammate with a passion to work collaboratively and a ‘can-do attitude’
Experience of working in a fast-paced business environment
Excellent written and spoken German and English
