Experience with electric motors, particularly those used in electric vehicle powertrains (motor design, materials, technology trends, performance, testing, manufacturing processes, and performance simulation tools).
Experience with films and adhesives, coating processes, adhesive processing, developing material standards and specifications

2+ years of professional experience in complex payroll execution, ideally in a shared service environment
Knowledge of regulatory payroll requirements across multiple EMEA countries, including benefits and equity

Procurement and Legal Billing Specialist (d/f/m) will play a vital role in supporting the legal team by handling various operational tasks, with a primary focus on vendor management and ebilling management. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as liaison for legal vendors, managing RFPs, onboarding, and contract negotiations.
Oversee eBilling processes and support law firm management, including invoice review and issue resolution.

Build reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions and AI tools for data analysis.

What you will bring:
4+ years of legal operations experience (preferably in-house) with strong knowledge of legal services and law firm operations.
