Der Digital Account Executive ist eine wichtige Position in der modernen Technologiebranche. Er oder sie ist verantwortlich für die effektive Umsetzung integrierter digitaler Strategien, die den Unternehmenserfolg fördern. Ein Digital Account Executive hat die Aufgabe, Unternehmen mithilfe digitaler Technologien erfolgreich zu machen. In dieser Position bei Expoint werden ein umfangreiches Verständnis des digitalen Marketings und eine starke Fähigkeit zum Problemlösen vorausgesetzt. Er oder sie muss in der Lage sein, Marktforschungsstrategien zu entwickeln und effektive Kampagnen zu konzipieren, die Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen, Umsatz und Markenbekanntheit steigern. Darüber hinaus muss ein Digital Account Executive immer auf dem neuesten Stand der Technologien bleiben, so dass er oder sie Kundenwünschen gerecht werden und laufende Kampagnen effektiv umsetzen kann. Zu den weiteren Aufgaben gehören die Entwicklung digitaler Strategien, die Messung der Kampagnenerfolge, das Anbieten von Kundendienstleistungen sowie die Durchführung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für Kunden und Kollegen.
