Experience in product (or technology) development

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience with electric motors, particularly those used in electric vehicle powertrains (motor design, materials, technology trends, performance, testing, manufacturing processes, and performance simulation tools).
Experience with films and adhesives, coating processes, adhesive processing, developing material standards and specifications

In this role Senior Specialist, Fill Finish Process, you will join our growing team, and support customers with technical questions related to our Integrated Systems portfolio, mainly focusing on fill/finish topics, such as glass handling, rubber component transportation, plunger setting, outer packaging. You’ll bring hands-on experience and deep fill/finish process knowledge, you will be an integral part of this team and support our customers in all their process-related questions.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical consultant, visiting production sites and directly advise them on optimizing their processes based on your fill/finish expertise. Internally, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with peers to align on best practices and holistically shape how we communicate with customers. You will lead studies with fill/finish equipment vendors globally and publish the results as internal and external communication material.

Your responsibilities will include:
Serve as a key point of contact for production units, sister sites, and global supply chain partners during SIOP and SIOE planning processes.
Provide strategic direction on manufacturing priorities to cross-functional stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve material shortages impacting build plans.
Identify opportunities and lead projects to improve service levels, build plan adherence, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization.
Manage WIP and subassembly inventory for assigned production areas.
Train team members and associates on planning and materials management processes.
Maintain and manage master data elements including safety stock, yields, lead times, and more.
Conduct inventory analysis and create recovery plans as needed.
Perform “what-if” scenario planning to support decision-making.
Actively lead and support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management activities.
Work independently on complex projects with long-range impact.
Interface with senior leadership on high-visibility initiatives and planning decisions.
Provide departmental leadership support and assist manager with team direction.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing planning, inventory control, demand planning, or a supply chain function
Proven experience with the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MRP tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with advanced planning systems (APS), such as Kinaxis RapidResponse
Background in planning within vertically integrated manufacturing environments
APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
Experience leading continuous improvement projects or managing cross-functional initiatives

You’ll begin your day by reviewing data products performance and reliability signals across your portfolio - usage and adoption trends, data quality scores, pipeline SLAs/SLOs, and customer feedback. You’ll meet with internal customers to connect business outcomes to clear data products objectives, refining priorities to unlock measurable value.
When EMEAspecific regulatory constraints (e.g., GDPR) arise, you’ll partner with Legal, Security, and HR to chart compliant pathways that keep delivery moving.

About the Role
