• Experience in product (or technology) development

• Fluent in German and English

• Willingness to travel within EMEA

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with electric motors, particularly those used in electric vehicle powertrains (motor design, materials, technology trends, performance, testing, manufacturing processes, and performance simulation tools).

• Experience with films and adhesives, coating processes, adhesive processing, developing material standards and specifications

• Owning the quality relationship for designated accounts
• Facilitating customer reviews and negotiating action plans and commitments
• Leading APQP activities and deliverables (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, PPAP) to support product introductions and process changes
• Applying quality core tools to prevent defects, analyze data, and drive corrective and preventive actions (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis)
• Planning, executing, and monitoring interdisciplinary projects, managing scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and internal targets
• Preparing and conducting internal and external audits according to IATF 16949 and VDA standards

• Profound professional experience in quality management with proven project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of APQP and quality core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D, PPAP)
• Experience with audits and compliance; familiarity with IATF 16949, AIAG and VDA requirements or equivalent quality standards
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

• Manage timely and accurate payroll execution for multiple European countries and entities

• Apply standard grading and identification methodology

• Initiate and solve exceptions.

• Apply knowledge of jewelry to identify characteristics and treatments present in gemstones

What you will bring:

• Gemological Laboratory grading and identification with minimum 1 year experience required.

• Diamond grading experience preferred

• Math proficiency: including but not limited to division, fractions and percentages

• Collaboration: Interface well with others, knows who to go to and how to communicate issues/needs.

• Strong analytical thinking

• Proficient in both German and English

Procurement and Legal Billing Specialist (d/f/m) will play a vital role in supporting the legal team by handling various operational tasks, with a primary focus on vendor management and ebilling management. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison for legal vendors, managing RFPs, onboarding, and contract negotiations.

• Oversee eBilling processes and support law firm management, including invoice review and issue resolution.

• Analyze billing practices, support quarterly/year-end reporting, and ensure financial accuracy.

• Build reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions and AI tools for data analysis.

• Support onboarding of new legal team members and handle related administrative tasks.

• Streamline legal operations by developing standardized processes, automating workflows, and managing ad hoc projects.

What you will bring:

• 4+ years of legal operations experience (preferably in-house) with strong knowledge of legal services and law firm operations.

• Skilled in procurement processes, e-billing systems (ideally Onit), and supplier contract negotiation.

• Familiar with AI applications in the legal field and an advocate for innovation and efficiency.

• Proficient in Google Workspace with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.

• Motivated to take on increasing responsibility and expand into more substantive legal operations work.

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of Electrical or Mechanical experience (e.g., electrical testing equipment or electrical distribution or HVAC or Air handling Units) in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Experience working on projects in a data center environment, and working with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Experience in Electrical or Mechanical maintenance and operations of a data center.

• 7 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical/cooling distribution systems or electrical distribution systems or construction/technical environments or a related field.
• Experience in data centers, hospitals, or power plants.
  
• Knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, and troubleshooting utilizing standard hand tools, digital metering, or calibration/diagnostic equipment.
  
• Knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., Chillers, Air handling units, pumps and CRAC/CRAH units) or of electrical systems (e.g., Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units).
• Ability to communicate with contractors who perform maintenance or upgrade work on the data center systems.
