As part of a team, you will be responsible for our SPIRIT software solution. You will develop and maintain software for innovative laser direct exposure machines and their integration into the factory.

  • Develop and maintain innovative software solutions.
  • Work closely with product owners and specialist departments to define requirements and concepts.
  • Independently take on the planning, documentation, and development of software for complex systems.
  • Test and optimize your software directly on the machines.
  • Conduct unit tests and system integration tests.
  • Support quality management and product support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in software development, particularly in C# (.NET Standard & Framework >=4).
  • Sound knowledge of WPF, MVVM, Prism, or Nuget Package Creation.
  • Experience in developing medium- to large-scale software solutions in MS Visual Studio.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Ideally, experience with continuous integration (CI) and DevOps.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and teamwork skills.
  • Presence in the office at our Jena location three days a week.

    • Treasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reporting
  • Manage the financial aspects of payroll processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End closings (US GAAP & HGB)
  • Coordinate statutory fiscal year-end closing
  • Manage internal and external Audits
  • Act as a business partner to senior management in Germany, Israel, and the US
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Drive process optimization and implement new financial procedures
  • Support cross-functional projects and act as key contact for tax consultants and auditors

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of finance experience in an international environment (semiconductor industry a plus)
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in finance teams
  • University degree in Finance, Tax, Auditing, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills with a commitment to deadlines
  • Shown leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Process improvement mentality and multitasking capability
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
