  • Prior experience working extensively within dynamic cloud environments, specifically Google Cloud Services (GCS) BigQuery and Vertex AI.

  • Nice to have: Experience implementing and managing data-level security features to ensure data is protected and access is properly controlled.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $143000- $231000/YR. What we're looking for

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of EPM solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures for modern EPM systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact.
  • Serve as a technical lead on EPM projects, developing models, integrations, and custom functionalities.
  • Guide junior developers and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Support the development and configuration of EPM solutions, including system setup, testing, documentation, and user support.
  • Learn and grow within a dynamic team focused on financial performance technologies.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong understanding of EPM platforms and financial planning processes (e.g., FP&A, HR planning, CapEx).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data modeling, scripting, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you’ll also

  • Relevant certifications as a solution architect in one or more of the EPM systems EY Canada implements.
  • Experience integrating EPM platforms with other enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with planning processes such as G&A Planning, Workforce Planning, Capital Expense Planning, and Project Planning.
  • Exposure to pre-sales activities, including solution demos and proposal development.
