Required Qualifications:

  • Masters or Ph.D. student. Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship to qualify.
  • Working towards a degree in Biomedical Engineering (EE emphasis), Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Neuroscience, or Mathematics.
  • Must be able to start internship on May 18th or 26th, 2026 and work for 12 weeks
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work.

As a Service Representative in Canada, you play an important role in bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions. Your job is to ensure that customers are receiving the technical support and solutions they need from the members of the Expoint team. You will be responsible for providing helpful and accurate advice and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our customers, Sales, Engineering and Marketing teams to analyze customer requests and suggestions, identify potential resolutions, and develop customer service approaches, techniques and procedures. You will have the opportunity to provide input on technical projects and submissions that are relevant to customer needs. You will also maintain customer contact information within the Expoint system as well as our project management portal. Expect to keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the Tech industry, and maintain a keen awareness of customer and market developments. As a Service Representative you need to be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving ability and customer service orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to exercise good judgement, tact and diplomacy when interacting with customers and colleagues is essential.
