Your key responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels of print supplies and materials ensuring that stock is maintained and reordered are places as necessary
  • Interact with internal clients in person, and via email to capture specifications and expedite work orders
  • Respond to walk-in requests and coordinate timely pick-up of completed jobs
  • Troubleshoot basic printing and scanning issues and maintain a clean, and organised print shop environment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting print materials and standing for extended periods
  • Support with other occasional duties as assigned

In this role, you will be a key contributor within our Global Procurement’s Talent Procurement team, reporting to the Procurement Talent Lead for Canada. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a portfolio of strategic projects across Talent (HR) categories, focusing on brand value and quantitative outcomes through strategic change, strong negotiations, and process efficiencies.
