In this role, you will:
- Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per standardized operating procedures, industry regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions specific to those needs while exercising discretion in confidential matters
- Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities, as necessary
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner
- Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on banking solutions and processes
- Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness as well as participating in personal performance development
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone up-to-date on the status of routine activities
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunity exists to improve and achieve operational excellence
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner

- Conduct physical and chemical property measurement of cell active materials and report the data
- Build two electrode and three electrode coin cell and pouch cell to evaluate materials electrochemical performance
- Keep accurate records of the dissection and cell builds in an organized and timely manner
- Help with manual tasks around the lab such as cleaning the cell parts, organizing lab benches and supplies, and general equipment maintenance
- Communicate any issues and help find the solutions to Engineers
- Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar or equivalent experience
- Above average manual dexterity and visual acuity are required to perform delicate assembly tasks
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability
- Working knowledge of Windows and MS Office
- Good communication skills and high attention to detail
- Experience working with hazardous chemicals
- Experience working with Li-ion battery active materials is preferred
- Experience using glove box, building coin cells and/or battery cyclers is preferred

- Drive physical and electrochemical electrode design from concept to production, working with cell development teams and vendors
- Interface with the broader cell development teams to define electrode design targets (fast charge, lifetime, cost, etc.) for current and future cell programs
- Work with cell materials component owners and mechanical design engineers to understand, document, and disseminate material and design options for the electrode stack
- Interface with our strategic partners and internal stakeholder by providing and analyzing key results and risks
- Provide solutions to cell performance discrepancies with electrode design options (e.g., loading, density, composition, etc.), alternate anode design, cathode design, and electrolyte formulations proposals, combining upstream stack design targets with process capability to determine realistic designs
- Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with battery cell operation, design, and testing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and consolidate information across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Experience taking a product or design from concept to manufacturing
