Your key responsibilities


As an executive within the Transaction Diligence team, you'll participate in due diligence engagements

records and participating in interviews with management. You'll work effectively as a team member by

researching technical accounting issues to evaluate implications on transaction valuation and structuring
and prepare analyses of financial information to assess trends and fluctuations. Good communication

To qualify for the role you must have


• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related major.

Technical responsibilities

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A degree in economics, finance, tax or accounting
  • A relevant Masters degree, CPA orACA/CA/CPA/CMA/SOCPA/Law qualification/CTA or equivalent tax qualification
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as Indirect Tax professional
  • Experience working for a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred. However, we will consider candidates with from law firms or with relevant industry experience
  • Customs duty advisory experience is preferable, but we will also consider candidates with VAT/GST advisory experience
