The role of a Support Manager is integral to the success of the tech industry in Australia. In addition to this, Support Managers must possess a keen eye for detail and remain up to date with industry trends and legislation. They should know how to handle customer complaints effectively, and be able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
