As a sales specialist at Expoint, your primary responsibility will be to strategically identify, develop and close new business opportunities. You will be tasked with researching new potential contacts, developing relationships with decision makers and maintain contacts with current customers. You will be required to develop a thorough understanding of industry trends and customer objectives.
You will also be responsible for developing customers’ pitches, leading negotiations and closing sales. Throughout this process, you will be expected to accurately keep records of information, update customers and maintain high levels of customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining sales reports and metrics, such as revenue and close rates.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong track record of sales success in the tech industry as well as an outstanding ability to build strong relationships in Australia. Furthermore, you must be extremely organized and efficient in managing customer touch points, as well as possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
