Technical Architecture & Design

  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale MDM solutions, defining technical blueprints, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
  • Analyse and define data requirements, ensuring data quality and integrity across systems.
  • Develop comprehensive MDM architecture roadmaps including data models, API specifications, and performance optimisation strategies.

Implementation Excellence

  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks and processes to support MDM initiatives.
  • Drive hands-on implementation of MDM platforms with deep focus on implementation style, configuration, and performance tuning.
  • Build and optimise match/merge strategies, data quality rules, and complex business logic within MDM platforms.
  • Configure and tune MDM infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide expert-level technical guidance on MDM implementation patterns, architectural best practices, and platform-specific optimization techniques.
  • Lead technical deep-dives and solution architecture reviews with client stakeholders.
  • Drive technical decision-making for complex MDM challenges including real-time synchronisation, large-scale migrations, and multi-domain implementations.
  • Mentor junior developers on MDM technical concepts, coding standards, and implementation methodologies.

What we look for

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management PaaS platform implementation in Azure (experience with Profisee viewed favourably).
  • Database expertise including SQL optimization, and data modelling for large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, data pipelines, and modern data engineering practices (preferably in Azure Services including ADF, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality and governance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs in a fast-paced environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be based in Adelaide and will report directly into the Regional Sales Manager – CRM – VIC & SA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
  • Successfully completing formal Rhythm Management training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide superior clinical support which involves direct patient, physician and clinician interactions including, but not limited to, device implantation, device programming and follow up, technical troubleshooting, staff and patient education, site management and coordination.
  • Work with the broader Rhythm Management team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.

  • Completion of relevant administration including reporting, stock validations and management as well as database management.
  • Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC's Rhythm Management business.
  • Participation in the on-call roster
  • To be available to support the broader ANZ RM business on an as-needs basis.

  • Experience with Australian and/or international prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, RegTech, capital management, enterprise risk, and risk data management is important.
  • Good knowledge of third-party lifecycle management, including due diligence, risk assessments, monitoring, and offboarding.
  • Good experience on various due diligence methods (e.g., risk assessment / vendor security assessment, risk management and controls review, audits, gap analysis, regulatory compliance review)
    Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., CPS 230, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing PRA Supervisory Statement - Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
