Expoint's Client Success Manager is a vital component to the success of any tech business in Australia. Our Client Success Managers are the frontline personnel that ensure our clients are receiving the best possible experiences when working with our business.
As a Client Success Manager, you’re responsible for supporting our clients and making sure they are implementing our solutions effectively and efficiently. You’ll work with partner and client teams, such as product, sales, engineering, operations, support, and marketing teams, to solve any product and customer support related issues. You’ll be responsible for onboarding and training our partners, hosting meetings with prospects and clients, and developing processes and best practices in order to ensure positive outcomes during deployments. You’ll also serve as a valuable resource for clients, giving them direct access to our product and services, as well as working together with them to find solutions to their needs and problems.
You’ll need to take ownership of developing relationships with our clients and partners, while staying up to date on the latest products and services offered by our organization. You’ll need to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to manage complex projects effectively. Having strong technical, problem-solving and analytical skills is also essential for this role.
