About the role

The Senior R&D Electronics Hardware Design Engineer uses their expertise in the definition, design and testing of analog and digital electronics as part of the development of EP ablation medical devices. Your key responsibilities

  • Advising clients on strategic alternatives and corporate finance solutions.
  • Researching, reviewing, and tracking precedent transactions.
  • Producing detailed and informed capital markets data, with a focus on the IPO and pre-IPO capital markets.
  • Targeting and analyzing the private company landscape to source potential clients.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Managing client engagements both internally and externally.
  • Training and developing junior bankers and managing their content.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years ofrelated work experience on an equity capital markets deskor a graduate degree and at least 1-2 years of related work experienceon an equity capital markets desk.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Deal experience that includes traditional equity market transactions (IPOs, follow-on offerings, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the convertible debt market.
  • Efficient use of research databases, technical ability to formulate/leverage data
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Significant level of personal accountability
  • You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Ideally, you will have

  • Experience gained within another large professional services organization
  • Established networking skills
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,000 to $185,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

• Understands and executes transactions following import rules and regulations complying with applicable Country Import Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
• Manage communication between 3M international subsidiaries and ship locations by providing accurate data including product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
• Follow up on escalations, delays, shipment discrepancies, invoice issues, system and data errors, and transportation issues.
• Support inquiries.
• Ensure timely completion of Customer Feedback Resolution data our subsidiary partners.
• Identification of opportunities to improve and involvement in continuous improvements initiatives (Lean Six Sigma)
• Proactive problem identification and resolution.
• Support Intercompany, Plant & Country ERP deployments.
• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives,
• Good time management in daily operations
• Basic understanding of ICO model

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of University/College Education.
• Intermediate English skills. Written and verbal
• Team Player.
• Intermediates excel skills.
• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and/or Transportation.
• SAP Experience preferred
Self-motivated, fast learner willing-to-learn.
• Must have high client service, quality oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
• Works well with teams – esp. virtual and cross-functional.
• Resourceful, can work well with ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skill

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Experience in international transacting
• Experience within multiple supply chain roles (demand, supply, production planning, distribution/transportation)
• Experience working on cross-functional and international teams
